The following situations are covered by 90 Days FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.  

  • U7 is responsible for return shipping and replacement cost.
  • If the items are chipping, items are broken, please contact us immediately via e-mails within 90 days and you will receive either a refund of your purchase or an exchange. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) equal or lesser value.)
  • You received the wrong order or product(s)
  • If you receive the product which is damaged or defective or broken during transportation, or the crystal is dropped,etc.


The following situations are covered by 90 Days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.  (Customers is responsible for return shipping and replacement cost)

  • You selected the wrong product(s) or size.
  • Personal reasons such as change of mind, change of personal taste, or you do not see the detailed description, etc.
Note: We do not accept return for customized/engraved items due to personal reasons:customers' change of mind, change of personal taste, customers do not see the detailed description, etc.

    The following situations are not covered by 90 Days Return/Exchange Policy.

    • The product is damaged by long-term exposure to corrosive liquids or chemicals, such as bathing, swimming, sea water, hot springs, etc.
    • The product is damaged due to incorrect use or incorrect maintenance.
    •  Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, overtime, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.


    Return and exchange process

    • To request a return, please contact our customer service before arranging return. We will not accept return before contacting our customer service. Please contact our customer service team via support@u7jewelry.com, submit order information, describe the problem, and provide clear relevant photos. One of our customer services will follow up with you via email with instructions within 3 working days.
    • We will further the above content and arrange the return and exchange task. 
    • Please make sure the item to be returned within 90 days after receiving the orders.
    • Return address (Please contact customer service for the return address).
    • For exchange, please keep the returned item in original condition, we will reschedule the shipment within 2 days of receiving the returned item and update the tracking number after the replacement is dispatched.
    • Please make sure you provide us the tracking number and receipt after you return.

      Refunds 

    • For refund, it will be returned in the original form of payment, which will be processed by the Bank or Paypal, and we would notice you via email once the payment is processed. The refund usually will be returned to your account within 7 working days. If refund is not completed within the timeframe, please contact us via email support@u7jewelry.com, we will help to solve it out.
